Alphonse Gomien, age 28, has passed away suddenly. 

Alphonse grew up in Nanaimo where he attended Wellington High School, he graduated with honours and received the “Triple A” award for outstanding attendance, academics & attitude.  Alphonse may have had some struggles, but he lived life to the fullest. He loved the outdoors and being in nature, music and good food. He would do anything his friends and family, and loved his granny and son. He made everyone who knew him laugh, cry, and clap at all the stories he shared.
Our family is grateful to know that Alphonse is finally at peace.
