Alodia Trevilla falleció en su casa en Hialeah, Florida el 6 de enero del 2025. Nacida el 22 de octubre del 1935, en la Habana Cuba, emigro a los Estados Unidos el 22 de septiembre del 1969, acompañada por dos hijos menores, Hernan y Eva. En los Estados Unidos Alodia y Arnaldo Trevilla se casaron. De esta unión nació su tercer hijo, Arnaldo. La sobreviven su esposo, hijos, nietos y bisnietos.

De los papeles que desempeño en su vida los más importante para ella fueron los de madre, esposa y maestra. Como madre, con gran tenacidad e indominable espirito, crio a sus hijos inculcándoles honestidad, trabajo, y preparación académica. Como esposa, fue una compañera leal que proveyó un hogar acogedor, lleno de cariño y calor familiar. Como maestra, no son pocas las personas que hoy le deben su éxito profesional a que estudiaron bajo la tutela de ella.

Llamada for Dios nos deja llenos de gratitud por habernos bendecidos con su ejemplo. Que Dios la tenga en su gloria.

Alodia Trevilla passed away on January 6, 2025, in her house in Hialeah, Florida. Born on October 22, 1935, she emigrated to the United States on September 22, 1969, accompanied by her two minor children Hernan and Eva. In the United States Alodia married Arnaldo Trevilla. Of this union her third child, Arnaldo, was born. She is survived by her husband, children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Of the roles she played in life the most important to her were that of mother, wife, and teacher. As a mother, with great tenacity and indominable spirit, she raised her children, inculcating the values of honesty, work, and academic preparation. As a wife, she was a loyal companion that provided a welcoming home full of love and family warmth. As a teacher, there are many who owe their professional success to having studied under her tutelage.

Having been called by God, she leaves us full of gratitude for being blessed with her example. May God keep her in his glory.
