Allison's obituary

Allison Kay Semmler (Ingle)

December 8, 1965 – December 23, 2025

Allison Kay Semmler, lovingly known to family and friends as Allison, passed away on December 23, 2025, in Fargo, North Dakota, at the age of 60. She was born on December 8, 1965, in La Mesa, California, to Patricia and Bobby Ingle.

Allison made her home in Park Rapids, Minnesota, where she built a life centered on family, friendship, and the outdoors. She was preceded in death by her beloved spouse, Sean, whom she loved deeply.

She is survived by her children, Caspara and Joshua, who were the pride and joy of her life; her grandchildren, Aubrey, Autumn, and Ayla, who brought her endless happiness; her mother, Patricia Ingle; father, Bobby Ingle; her sister, Monica; and many extended family members and friends who were touched by her kindness and warmth.

Allison had a lifelong love of hunting and fishing, a passion taught to her by her parents and one she proudly passed down to her children. She had a rare gift for making friends wherever she went and carried an open heart, always ready to give love, laughter, and support to those around her. Music was another joy in her life—she especially loved Fleetwood Mac, The Cranberries, and 1990s country music, which often played in the background of cherished memories.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date in California. Ashes will be spread at Lake Sutherland in a private gathering for immediate family and closest friends. The formal Celebration of Life may take place the following day. Details will be announced at a later time—please stand by for further information.

Allison will be remembered for her generous spirit, her deep love for her family, and the lasting impact she made on everyone who knew her. She will be profoundly missed and forever remembered.
