Allison Marie Capps, 19, of Peoria, perished late Friday July 11, 2014 as the result of injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident. She loved life and her family especially. She was the former wife of attorney Benjamin Capps and an advocate of LGBTQ rights in the workplace, Those left to cherish her memory include multiple friends, family, and several nieces and nephews. Per her wishes her remains have been cremated and there will not be a memorial service.
