I liked to regularly share one of my Wine Club selections with Carol.  She would take it home to enjoy with her husband and she would always come back to the office the next day and tell me what she and her hubby thought of the wine.  :)  Mostly good.  :)   There was one that was a bit "earthy" that Carol said tasted like dirt.  Made me giggle!  Love you Carol and thinking of your during this sad time.  Hugs and peace.
