Allen Robert Lutz, born November 23rd, 1957 in Hinsdale Illinois, the only child to Harold Allen Lutz and Viola Leila D'Camp. Passed away on April 14th, 2021 in Plainfield Illinois. Allen is survived by his Wife Kathy(nee. Kenny), Son Nathaniel, Daughter Amanda(Tom), Daughter Allison(Jim) Stepchildren, John Schutzius, Catie Morris, Carrie Schutzius, Joseph Schutzius(Rebecca), Matthew Schutzius, Martin Schutzius(Rebekah), Daniel Schutzius, and Andrew Schutzius. Grandfather to James, Gabriel, Luke, Lorelei, and Addison. Friend to many. Allen was an active member of the Free Masons, and the LAN Administrator for Statesville Correctional Center. Allen loved working with computers and sharing his knowledge with those close to him. When he wasn’t tinkering with the newest technology, he would spend his time at the gun range with his family and friends, fishing with his children and grandchildren or sitting around the fire telling stories of his life. Allen was a veteran of the United States Army. Allen was a family man, always quick to tell stories of his children, his face beaming with pride and love. He made an immense impact on all those lives he touched, and he is missed deeply. Allen will be celebrated and memorialized on Friday April 23rd from 9am to 11:30 am at Friendship Baptist Church in Plainfield Illinois.
