ALLEN LEE HARDING (PENKE)-Allen L. Harding (Penke), 61, died unexpectedly on August 31, 2019 at Sacred Heart Hospital of Eau Claire. He was born December 17, 1957, in Arpin, Wisconsin, the son of Lloyd G. and Helen S. (Brown) Penke. Allen enjoyed attending some culinary school classes and playing the guitar.
