Arthur "Allen" Duncil of Raleigh, NC, passed away on August 17th, at WakeMed Hospital after a brief illness.
Allen was born on December 26, 1944, in Morgantown, WV, where he was active in the boy scouts, achieving the rank of Eagle Scout. He graduated from West Virginia University in 1966 with a degree in advertising and marketing.
After college, Allen moved to Charlotte to join the National Guard, and thereafter, met his wife Connie, whom …
