Allan T Mcconnell lost his battle to Mastocytosis on August 5, 2024 at 11:07am at the young age of 78. He was at home and surrounded by his family.

Allan was an avid golfer and loved sailing. His favorite place he always talked about was Key West. He loved anything by the water! Allan was an architect and Construction Manager on many large projects such as Horseshoe Casino and National Lewis University just to name a few.

He is survived by his sister Teresa Stremlau, daughters Tammy (Oscar), Stacy (Mike), and son Allan (Stephanie). Along with many other family and extended family. 

He loved his six grandchildren Matthew, Andrew, Bentley, Olivia, Sage and Silas.

A Celebration of Life will take place at the home of his daughter Tammy McConnell where he spent his final days here on this earth. 35W414 Lathrop Lane, West Dundee on August 25th starting at 4pm with a short service at 5pm.
