Allan was born on April 14, 1948 in Los Angeles, CA and passed away December, 2022.

He grew up in Manhattan Beach, CA, and enjoyed Surfing, camping, hiking, fishing, boating, skiing, volleyball, bowling.

Allan graduated from Aviation HS in Redondo Beach, CA, El Camino College with AA in biology, Cal State Long Beach with BS in Business management, and Arizona State University (ASU) Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law with Masters Legal Studies

He lived in Mammoth 15 years, returning often to ski and visit friends after moving to Vista.

Allan was a long time General Contractor. He had extensive mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution experience working with the California State and county Bar Associations.

Allan was a member of the Mammoth Ski Tribe, Amalfi Bowling Team, beach volleyball and hiking groups, and the Thursday Happy Hour Club.

He is survived by his brother Steve, sister-in-law Lynn, niece Martha Kleiner Stephenson and husband Stuart Stephenson, and nephew Luc Kleiner, and many close friends.
