Allan Jr's obituary
It is with great sadness that the family of Allan Ollivier Jr announces his passing. Allan Jr passed away peacefully at the Timmins and District Hospital surrounded by his family on March 20, 2025.
Allan Jr was born on September 7, 1962, in Digby Nova Scotia. Allan Jr spent his childhood days growing up in Hibernia Heights, NB and later in Sussex, N.B. Later in his early 20’s, he moved with his family to Timmins, Ontario where he remained until his passing.
Allan Jr. was a Jack of All Trades type of man. He enjoyed working with his hands and did so with many types of carpentry jobs over the years, working under his own business name of Al’s Custom Home Renovations. He also tried his entrepreneurial hand at the fast-food industry when he opened up Revillo’s Shawarma Stop. He was proud to bring the taste of the Eastern Donair to Northern Ontario. He also spent several years working as a maintenance man for a local Hotel in Timmins.
Allan had a passion for drawing, attending his bowling nights, loved anything karaoke and strumming away at his guitar. He found a love for kayaking with his bothers during the summer. You could often find him sparking up a bon fire on those beautiful summer evenings or chilly fall nights and he always made sure that there was plenty to eat for anyone that joined him. He could often be found hanging out at the local club where he enjoyed Karaoke nights.
Allan Jr is survived by his son: Warren (Ashley) Ollivier, his daughter Alexandra Ollivier (Timmins Ontario). His partner Louise Laberge (Timmins Ont), His mother: Donna Ollivier (Sussex, NB), brothers: Larry (Nancy) Ollivier (Timmins, Ont), Brian (Kelly) Ollivier (Sussex, NB). Nephews Kody (Jessica) & Brady (Mark), and niece Kassidy, all of Sussex, NB. Several aunts and uncles that will miss Allan Jr dearly.
Allan Jr was predeceased by: His infant brother Kevin, his infant daughter April and his father Allan Ollivier Sr.
Allan’s spirit will live on in the heart of those he left behind to cherish his memory.
