One of the many treats in visiting HyannisPort was often getting to see Allison/Muffin. Always a bright light, big smile, fun-loving, quick to jump in the pool and wanting to know how YOU were doing.

Hard to imagine the sense of loss for Sam, Leslie, John and “kids” who so very close to Auntie Muffin, but know she’ll remain a bright light in everyone’s memories

I will forever cherish my won…
I will forever cherish my wonderful memories with the muffin
Blessed to be visited by Aunt…
Blessed to be visited by Auntie Muffin while I was at college.
We are so deeply saddened by her sudden and tragic passing… It is so profoundly shocking and sad.
Although we did not see each other often… I knew Allison  for close to 30 years and so much enjoyed her positive attitude, constant smile and wonderful good nature.
She was a joy to be around and I will miss her deeply
Alison was an amazing light  - she brought joy into our lives and will be dearly missed.
I was introduced to Muffin through May and I've heard so many stories over the years of their relationship. May's fond retelling of staying with her, the funny one-liners, and generosity towards others were often the focus of those stories. Muffin will be missed but I'm sure that she will live on through the memories of those who hold her in their heart, loved her dearly and share her kindness, generosity, and quick wit. My deepest condolences for your loss.
Muffin was always so sweet and a joy to be around. She will be deeply missed ❤️
I met Alison thru her Mother-in-law, Ms Adelle Gersten. A friendly and jolly person. A devoted Roman Catholic, she gave me a prayer booklet on her last visit here in Vegas. Rest in eternal peace.
My sincerest condolences to Sam and the rest of the family. Muffin was such a a joy to be around! She will be greatly missed ❤️
My heart goes out to Muffin’s family. I was lucky to meet her while visiting Mamie in Boston. Muffin was a warm and genuine soul who will be deeply missed. 💛
I'm a friend of Mamie's and while I never got to meet Muffin, Mamie always told us how amazing she was. I'm so sorry for your loss and your whole family will be in my thoughts. ❤️
