It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Ms. Alisa "Lisa" Momon. Born on February 14, 1984, Lisa, preferred by all as Alisa, touched the lives of many with her vibrant personality and sincere love for her family and life.
She is survived by her two children, Breanna Hakanson and Jeffrey Momon-Hakanson, who were her world. Alisa was also a loving sister to Michael Momon Jr, and a beloved daughter to Linda Momon and Michael Momon Sr. Her family will continue to keep her memory alive, cherishing the time spent with her and the lessons she imparted.
Alisa was an accomplished woman. A graduate of Schaumburg High School in 2002, she pursued her higher education at Colorado Technical University, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Healthcare Management in 2015. With her hard-earned knowledge, Alisa courageously started her own business, Sonic Services, in 2019, which stands as a testament to her drive and entrepreneurial spirit.
Her love for life was reflected in her diverse interests. Alisa loved the music of Kevin Gates, Cardi B, and Destiny Lynn, and she had a fondness for Babas and Dedes Spaghetti. A connoisseur of drinks, she enjoyed Remy Martin with a fruit punch Calypso or water on the side, as well as Bang energy drink.
Alisa took pleasure in a variety of recreational activities, from smoking Za and drinking Remy in the city, to traveling to her favorite vacation spots such as Puerto Rico and California. She was a fan of TV shows like Queen of the South, Ginny and Georgia, and Ruthless. Alisa spent her free time at her favorite local spots, the city, and Dedes house, often sporting her favorite color, baby blue.
Described by those who knew her as living, caring, helpful, and full of personality, Alisa was undoubtedly the life of the party. She always encouraged others to live life to the fullest and not to let anything get in the way of living. Her greatest accomplishments included raising her two beautiful children and starting her own business. She left behind not just a successful cleaning business but cherished memories that will forever remind us of her enduring spirit.
