I appreciated Alicia's preference for real, deep conversation.  What she put her energy into to help create the covenant groups at First Unitarian Church speaks to the kind of amazing person that she was.  She offered people a safe and beautiful way to connect deeply with each other.  And isn't that what we all need and are looking for.  I will forever appreciate her efforts to connect with me and others and to create a space where people can come together.  <3

Alicia is such a beautiful soul. She always had a gentle smile and a sparkle in her eyes -- testimony to the love and acceptance she offered to all. Love and sympathy to Charlie and all her family.

Alicia was the real deal. Imiss her and many fond memories comfort me when I remember her. May memories comfort those who knew and loved her as we all adjust to our loss.

My heart goes out to Alicia's immediate family as they mourn the loss of a bright light in their lives. Memories of her will be with us all forever. I will remember her as another loving sister in my life
Thank you dear Alicia for the gift of your beautiful life: for your sweet gentle energy, for your loved and loving family, for your curiosity and joy in learning, and for your friendship. By cultivating the invaluable gift of Deep Listening within our church community, you have left such a lasting and precious legacy. I am a better person because of you, and you will live in my heart forever.
I knew Alicia as an avid audience member and supporter of the theatre. She held a beautiful grace and warmth along with a sharp mind. As an actor, I will always remember taking curtain calls and seeing the bright light of Alicia in the house sitting beside her dear husband Charlie. Her spirit and smile will stay with me always.
I knew Alicia through her husband Charlie and our participation in the worship at St. John's Cathedral. Like anyone who spent even a little time with Alicia, I was blessed with her open friendliness and radiant smile.
My heart aches for Alicia's family, friends and community -- her absence from this planet is a huge loss. Alicia was a deep-soul-diver. She was an insightful, accepting and generous companion on the journey inward. I shared precious time with her in a writers group, and she brought so many gifts -- such a tapestry of life --with her into our circle. She remains with us in spirit. I love you, Alicia!
In church, covenant groups and tennis I knew Alicia, but not enough. Jane R-W
