Alice's obituary

Alice Jane Snashall Vickerman, 89, of Honolulu, HI, formerly of Columbus, OH and Hope Mills, NC died July 10, 2022. She was predeceased by son, Gregg Vickerman, her parents, and brothers Paul “Jimmy” and Charles Snashall. Survived by daughter and son-in-law Amy and Jared Zick, with whom she lived; grandchildren Joshua and Emily Rister, Jessika, Shannon and Victoria Zick; great-grandchildren Alora, Shiloh and Dario. Also survived by brother David Snashall; sisters Margaret Persha and Jean Staiger; and a wealth of nieces, nephews, in-laws and dear friends. She retired in 1998 after 20 years as a manager with National Ground Water Association in Westerville, OH. Prior to her career, she was a PTA volunteer and a Camp Fire group leader in Hilliard, OH. She was a former member of Hope Mills United Methodist Church and a current member of Aiea United Methodist Church. A legacy tree will be planted on O’ahu (Hawaiian Legacy Reforestation Initiative) in her memory.
