Just seeing this now. I am so very sorry for the loss of your beloved Mother Alice. Alice, I'm sure you are now an angel watching over your precious family. I am so sorry for your loss. Alice was my supervisor when I worked in the Beachwood library for a time. She was more than that however. She was a wonderful “work mom” and I enjoyed every minute I worked with her. She will be sorely missed.

Alice was my "work mom" at Beachwood for a year and a half. She always brightened my day, kept me calm and grounded when I was stressed, and was a great friend who would always lend an ear. She used to always worry that she was "mothering" me too much when really I appreciated it so much. I'll miss her so so much.
