I need to raise $5500 so I can retain my lawyer.
October 26th 2022 Al passed away unexpected. I was away at work.
The day he passed away his friends broke into our home and took everything from my house . They took all our safes including the one from the front room . Which had a dead bolt on the bedroom door. In my front room had all
My families heirlooms . My stand up jewelry box was also taken.
One of my safes contained my entire life savings. ..
They cleaned out my house and garage the same day he passed.
I’m lost for words they took my family’s s ashes and all my personal documents . Which was my son s birth certificate
And mine both of our ssc.
The bigger items they took off with are: Kawasaki dirt bike , electric 10 speed, specialized diamond bike with aftermarket parts, cherry red Honda furry motorcycle with aftermarket parts valued at &12,000, fat boy Harley Davidson motorcycle, 2002 Cadillac STS.
These people made a Significant amount of damage to the outside and inside the home. Damaged walls , doors windows.
Their actions need to be addressed and they need to be held accountable for their actions . I ve done research about this situation and due to the circumstance s It’s a civil conversion case. That’s why I need to retain my lawyer as soon as possible so he can get started on this case. I think they committed a felony for breaking f and entering and robbing my nome but apparently not . which should be a home invasion /burglary, .which is a class A felony .
On December 12 l lost my room-ate that lives in the back unit .
So it’s been completely chaos and these people are stealing from my residence daily and in my garage I have to 2 people who took it upon themselves to stare squatting there . There’s no running water and it’s simply just not a livable situation . It is imperative I retain my lawyer so he can sort this all out , I’m hopeful that I’m able to do a quick sale and get out from under neath all of this before i financially sink and have to file bankruptcy .
I ve never been on this side of needing help. This is not easy thing to do but I have no other option then to put my story out in hopes someone has compassion and understand s that retaining a lawyer is the only way at this point.
