Alfonso's obituary
Alfonso V. Lares, 58, passed away on March 19, 2025, in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Born on June 26, 1966, Alfonso lived a life marked by deep faith and a passion for discovery. A devoted Christian and avid Bible reader, his spiritual convictions were central to his life and values. He found joy in the simple pleasures—spending time with loved ones, watching movies, and exploring the past through his love of history.
Alfonso had a keen eye for hidden treasures. Whether metal detecting or thrifting, he delighted in uncovering forgotten items and stories. His curiosity and appreciation for the past reflected not only in his hobbies but also in the way he approached life—with thoughtfulness and care.
He was a loving father to Bethany Lares, son of Alfonso E. Lares, and a cherished brother to Richard Lares and Marcos Lares. He was preceded in death by his mother Carmen Lares.
Alfonso’s warmth, faith, and quiet enthusiasm for life’s small wonders will be remembered by those who knew him. May his memory bring comfort to all who mourn his passing.
