I am heartbroken to announce the passing of my dear mother Alexis Katherine Moreno on December 4th 2023. 

Alexis was born January 7th 1963 to Patsy & Alex Moreno in San Diego. Alexis graduated from Samuel F.B Morse High School in 1981. She went on to working for the San Diego Juvenile Traffic Court Division for well over a decade. 

Alexis had a long relationship with David Ledesma since 1979 and with their love they had their only daughter Zabrina Ledesma. Alexis was so special her beautiful bright smile and her cute dimples lit up every room she walked into and that beautifully infectious laugh!  My Mother truly walked this earth to help people and loved every moment of it. Alexis had the biggest heart I'll ever come across, she was always filled with compliments to give and unconditional love & kindness. Her unconditional love and funny one of a kind personality imprinted on everyone who had the honor to cross her path. 

She is survived by her only daughter Zabrina Ledesma and her siblings Alex Moreno, Roman Moreno, sister Phyllis Lovato and sister in-law Tammy Moreno. 

Her Celebration of Life will be held at Sacred Heart Church in Coronado, CA January 5th 2024 at 12pm "noon".
