Alexandra "Alex" Veitch, cherished daughter, mother, and friend, passed away on December 27th, 2024. Born on September 7th, 1993, Alex lived a life full of texture and color, generously shared with those around her. She was known for her glowing spirit, her engaging creativity, and her deep love for her family.

Alex is survived by her loving mother, Kellie Gros, devoted father, Franklin Gros and sister, Georgia Gros.

In addition to her parents, Alex leaves behind her daughter, Olivia Payne. 

Alex will also be sorely missed by her grandfather, Brent Thompson, and her grandmother, Barbara Thompson, who loved her dearly. Her uncle, Josh Thompson, too, will fondly remember his vibrant and engaging niece.

Alex was passionate about fishing, drawing, crafts and singing. She had a natural talent for capturing the beauty of the world around her. Her spirit will live on in her art and in the beautiful melodies she loved to share.

It brings us comfort to know that Alex has now found the peace that she so deeply deserved. Her vibrant spirit and generous heart will continue to inspire all who had the privilege of knowing her. The unique tapestry of her life story that she left behind will forever be woven into the fabric of our lives.
