Alexandra's obituary
Alexandra Richards Bartlett, born into this world on January 3, 1993, departed too soon on July 4, 2024. A tragic car accident took her life along with her husband Bradley Bartlett and their children Scarlett and Violet. A sparkling jewel in our lives, Alexandra left a remarkable imprint on every heart she touched. Alexandra's balance of caring, loving nature, and perfectionism granted her an aura that lightened the burden of others around her. Her greatest joy was spending time with her three children, Scarlett, Grant and baby Violet. She was a fierce Momma Bear, her Children's well being, happiness and safety her first priority. 'Be kind' was a simple but profound lesson that she imparted to all, her life philosophy reflecting this unwavering conviction.
Alexandra's passion for nature and the earth led her to being a self-taught expert in the gemstone community, She was often asked to design a special piece of jewelry for friends, and her eyes would light up when she shared the properties and benefits of various gems.
Her degree in radiologic technology was one of her proudest accomplishments, more important to her was her lifelong friendships of the exceptional women she met while attending the program.
Her legacy continues in the hearts of her loving parents, Steve and Terry Richards, her caring brother, Tom Richards and fiancé Milalai Green and her sweet nephews, Carsten and Owen, and her precious son, Grant. She is also survived by her Grandmother, Barbara A. Brecheisen, Her Great Aunt Barbara L Brecheisen, her great Aunt and Uncle Rebecca and George Richards and Her Aunts, Deborah Boyles, Cindy Brecheisen and Jennifer Brecheisen and her husband Andy, Her Uncles, Mike Brecheisen and wife Tara and Zach Brecheisen and wife Tory, Her cousins Shauna Delgado and husband Dom and their children Peyton and Santi, Nick Standard, Leon Rivers and partner Hope and their children Brooklyn, Ashlynn and Chanel and Claire Brecheisen and Gray Brecheisen and his wife Leah, Rachael Standard and her son Elijah and Jacque Brecheisen, son Benjamin Brecheisen and wife Mitzi and Sarah Fletcher and husband Tracy and their children Landon and Clara. Each one carries forward her teachings, her spirit, and her memory.
Alexandra's departure has left an indescribable void in our lives. We miss her every day, but we find solace in the fact that her life was a gift - a beacon of kindness and love. In remembering Alexandra, we cherish her journey and the special, beautiful human being that she was.
