He definitely impacted lives. I'll never forget how he lured me to his house (under the excuse of needing religious advice), lied to my mom who drove me there about his parents being home, and assaulted me. I doubt I'm the only one he "impacted" this way, and my heart feels lighter knowing he is gone.
