With deep sorrow, we announce the passing of Alex Dejesus on April 26, 2026. Born January 15, 1997, his light shone brightly throughout his 29 years and will continue to be revered by all who knew him. Alex was a beloved brother, friend, father and son with pillar of strength, carving his place in the world through kindness and compassion. He is survived by his mother Lucy, father Papo, brother Papito, Toon, Onani, Jake, his sisters Jessica  and Zuleyka, by many his nieces and nephew, and his son Alex Jr, who will carry on his legacy. May comfort find all those mourning the loss of Alex, reminding them of the love and warmth he spread while he was with us.
