Alessia Rose Berkmann the daughter of Rosemary Benson of Danvers and Mark Berkmann of Pepperell passed away on April 18, 2025, in Boston, Massachusetts, just two days after her birth on April 16. Though her time on earth was brief, Alessia’s presence brought light and love to those who awaited her arrival and held her close in their hearts.

She is survived by her parents Rosemary and Mark. Her paternal grandparents Harold also known as Hak and Gloria Berkmann of Andover. Maternal grandmother Rosemarie Benson of Gloucester. Many aunts, uncles and cousins. She is predeceased by her material grandfather Thomas Benson of Gloucester.

A Funeral Mass will be held on April 23, 2025, at St. Ann’s Church, 74 Pleasant Street. Following the service, a mercy meal will be shared with friends and family at Minglewood Tavern.

May Alessia’s memory bring peace and comfort to all who loved her and looked forward to knowing her.
