Met Jesse in high school and hung out at parties. Met my husband Dave Mestas and realized we had this amazing mutual friend Jesse Ramirez. Jesse, Dave and I went out together all the time. I began to think that Dave must not liked me all that much because he'd always invite Jesse when we'd go out!! Little did I know Jesse was our chaperone because I was 17 and Dave was 27. Jesse was apart of our beginning 32 years ago!! Jesse was dating Alesha around the same time Dave and I met. Connected years later on Facebook with them both. My life was touched everyday by both of their posts of scripture, encouragement and love. Looked forward everyday to see what wisdom they would share of Christ abundant love. Their lives touched so many in the short time they were here on earth which will echo in eternity in heaven. I can hear Jesus tell them, "Welcome home my good and faithful servants, well done". What an incredible legacy of love, peace, joy and dedication to their Savior Jesus Christ they have left for us all. They are wonderful examples of how we should all live our lives to please God. Look forward to seeing them in heaven!
Watching his face light up years ago when I introduced him to Ted " The God Father " of the all mighty Booyaa Tribe was priceless.... when I would go back to visit North Torrance High School at their dances be in a corner pop locking nothing better. It's funny I saw a video of him recently popping and I find myself doing the same thing sometime and my family iis off to the side just cracking up laughing. I'm almost 60 and still doing it. He was full of life man just as I remembered him. wish I had another chance to see him after all these years we recently reconnected but we'll have another chance to see each other I'm certain. God rest your soul brother
Two beautiful souls inside and out. I was blessed to have called Jesse my childhood friend and extra blessed when I met his better half Alesha. They truly adored each other and showed us all not just by words but by their actions the true meaning of love. Thank you both for making my life so very special as I will forever cherish our friendship and memories.
I will always remember the love these two shared . The love they had for Jesus. I imagine when they both got to Heaven God told them both “Job Well Done”...
I know this is so very painful for the family my deepest condolences to you all.
What a beautiful love story they had ❤️

Reading Alesha’s and Jesse’s love letters to each other on Facebook were always good reading. All faith and love, all the time. Her photo journal visits to Jerrin’s were cool also. A very tight-knit family, clearly.
