Family first. That was Bill. His impact on our family was monumental. Our brother-in-law, the love of Ann-Marie's life, and the outstanding, dedicated and loving father of our nieces. He sacrificed much when he moved to the Okanagan to help care for our Dad. He always had room in his heart for us.
