Background
I'm writing this because I'm in desperate need to bury my dad. He was beaten in 2007 by his ex wife and son, with a baseball bat the cause brain injury. He was able to recover from that incident. In December 2018 he suffer a stroke that left him paralyzed on the left side. My sister and I tried every insurance company to insure him, but was unable due to the head trauma. So Iif anyone could please help us I would gladly appreciate.
