Albert's obituary
Born and raised in the Bern, Kansas area, Bert was the oldest child of five to Albert L Chauza (Table Rock, Nebraska) and the late Phyllis Moser Chauza. Bert was preceded in death by his sister, Sondra Rice and is survived by his two younger brothers, Robert Chauza (Jordan, Utah), Gilbert Chauza (Kansas City, Kansas) and his younger sister Katrina Rice (Topeka, Kansas). He went to Kansas State University and later went on to work for the government for 30 + years. He met and married his wife, Lorraine, of 35 years in Lakeridge, VA. After moving some, he settled and raised his family in Crofton, MD for 20+ years before retiring to York, PA in 2016. Bert was a loving husband, father and grandpa who loved serving others and worshipping the Lord. Bert is survived in life by his wife Lorraine, daughters Amanda and Rebecca, son in law Greg and three grandchildren, Alexis, Matthew and Addison.
We do not mourn as those with no hope ( 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18) for we know we will meet again.
Romans 5:8 "but God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us."
