Tim and I only knew Al a few short years, but boy did he touch our lives and our hearts. A caring and giving wonderful neighbor Always the first to volunteer if you needed help. He could be funny and sarcastic but it was a great combination of both. My husband and i watched him little by little get sicker but whenever we asked how he was he always just said "good" or nodded as if to say its okay , im getting through it. He died the way he lived, never complaining and with such grace and dignity . Truly inspirational, He lived every minute and second until he could no longer hold on. We miss you so much already Al, and we only knew you for 5 short years. Our condolences to Lisa, the boys, the grandbabies and to his entire family and great numberof friends. You are in our thoughts, our hearts and in our prayers. We hope they have some old vintage cars to work on up there Al!
