I am very sorry for his family's loss. Alan was a podiatrist in my building and a long time patient of mine. Over the years we became friends and I always enjoyed our conversations during his visits to the office and our occasional dinners out together. Alan was always upbeat, friendly, generous and willing to help someone in need. He was a good man and he will be sorely missed and fondly remembered.
