We mournfully announce the passing of ALAN ANDERSON, 60, of Fincastle, VA. ALAN passed away on October 22, 2022, Alan Died in his Sleep.

ALAN, born to Jacob Daniel Anderson JR & Topsy Isabella Huffman Anderson, on September 18, 1962 in Roanoke Virginia. Alan Anderson Lived in Roanoke & Goodview Va until relocating Back Home to His Home Place  in Fincastle Va. in Botetourt County. ALAN attended Lord Botetourt High School.  ALAN’s biggest passion in life was music. An avid BassGuitar player, he spent countless hours perfecting his ability. ALAN played in Most Recently The Patchwork Band with his Nephew Daniel Kimo Anderson, and Recently Preformed at the Salem Virginia Moose Lodge. He was Very Gifted and easily Played in a Pickup Band. He played in Several Bands over the Years. When Alan wasn’t playing the the Bass,  he could be found doing Wood Burning Art, and just Enjoying Life. Alan was preceded in Death by His Father Jacob Daniel ( JD, Jake) Anderson JR, Topsy Isabella Huffman Anderson, Melissa Faye Abshire & His Loving Wife Dawn Renee Abshire Anderson,  Alan is Survived by Timothy Ray Anderson, Gail Anderson, Kaila Anderson, Brycen Anderson, Kimo Anderson.
