Agnes LasAgnes Laste of Rivervale, New Jersey left this earth to be with her family and Her Saviour on May 23, 2021. She most recently lived in Atlanta, Georgia.
A devout disciple of God, an amazing wife and the best mother and grandmother anyone could have, she leaves; her son Louis, grandson Louis Daniel, Louis Daniel‘s mother Debi Rattary as well as her niece Norma Salgado and Norma’s son Marko Salgado.
She joins her husband Luis Laste, daughter Susan Laste, sister Elva Armaheizer and her parents Georgina and Jose in eternal life.
Born Agnes Lopez de Victoria to Jose and Georgina on April 6, 1928.
She lived a healthy, and happy life full of love, family, laughs, world travel and the Lord’s spirit. She married Luis Laste of Spain on May 4 of 1957. Dubbed the “Queen of Rivervale” for her love of the town where she owned her first home and raised her family. She never wanted for more and was always so grateful for the life that she was blessed with. She will be buried at Westwood Cemetery next to her husband and daughter.
A memorial service will be held at Our Lady of Mercy Church in Park Ridge, New Jersey on Saturday, July 31, at 12 noon.
