Afshin Motedaeiny, a beloved son, brother, husband, friend, mentor, and coach, passed away on March 31, 2025, after a courageous battle with cancer. He was 48 years old.

Afshin dedicated his life to uplifting others, especially through his passion for boxing and community service. As a skilled boxing trainer, he not only taught the sport but inspired countless young athletes with discipline, resilience, and heart. For 12 years, he generously volunteered with Club 100, a remarkable nonprofit organization partnered with Palm Beach County PAL, which empowers vulnerable youth through sports and mentorship. His commitment to this cause touched the lives of many and left an enduring impact on the community.

Those who knew Coach Afshin remember him for his unwavering dedication, warm spirit, and the positive influence he had on so many young lives. He leaves behind his loving parents, devoted siblings, and a legacy of service, strength, and compassion that will never be forgotten.
