Adriana Nagel, 100 years of age, passed on Thursday, November 23, 2023 at Addison Gilbert Hospital. Adriana was born on August 25, 1923 in Buffalo, New York to the late Orazio Zanin and Louise Razzulino. She was a twin sister to brother Armando, and an older sister to Aurora and Amerigo. Adriana was educated Canisius College in New York, where she pursued Religious Studies.

Adriana was a devout Catholic, and dedicated member of the Carmelite community of Saint Teresa of Jesus of the Andes.

A longtime resident of Rockport, Massachusetts, Adriana enjoyed attending mass at the Saint Joachim Church of Rockport, exploring the shops and galleries of Bearskin Neck, and being surrounded by the beauty of the Atlantic Ocean.

Travelling was a lifelong passion for Adriana, whether it was within the United States, visiting family in Toronto, Canada, going abroad to visit relatives in Italy, or heading south of the border to her favourite destinations in Mexico. Adriana also enjoyed hosting family in her hometown of Rockport and showcasing the sights of New England to her grandchildren.

Adriana will be remembered fondly for her free-spiritedness, colorful sense of style, sharp sense of humor, and enduring love of family.

Adriana leaves behind Alan, Louise and two grandchildren Jeremy and Robyn, to whom she was fondly known as Grandy, as well as many nieces and nephews.
