After moving to the area in the early 1990s, Dr. Dave and Dr. Adele were among the first people I had the pleasure of meeting on the tennis courts. Adele’s warmth and gracious spirit always stood out. After I met my wife through tennis the summer of 2002,  Adele and Dave continued to show their generosity and kindness to both Jules and me.

Our deepest sympathies are with the family.

Adele was one of the kindest ladies I’ve ever met. I’m so sorry for your loss.

My heartfelt condolences to Dave and all the Axon Ashley family. Adele and I met on a tennis court and continued our friendship off court. She was always thoughtful, open, honest and elegant. I miss the light she shared.

Send flowers

Share your sympathy. Send flowers from a local florist to Adele's family or funeral.
Adele was a sweet childhood friend from Tower Hill. Adele was an intent listener, who truly cared about others.  Her thoughtful, gentle ways will be what I remember about her. I send my love to Dave and their three girls at this sad time.
Our deepest sympathies to the Axon and Ashley families on your loss of Adele. May she rest in eternal peace. Gene & Rosalie
To Patrick, Ann and the extended family, please accept our condolences following the loss of Adele. What a life well-lived with professional success, travel, the pursuit of hobbies and most of all, building a wonderful family.
I am so very sorry to hear of Adele’s passing. She was a person filled with empathy, compassion, quiet humor and most of all love for her family. She was proud of her girls and her grandchildren. My sympathy to the entire family.
My heartfelt condolences to the whole axon/ Ashley family. So much goodness in one person to be taken so young
My sincere condolences to Adele’s families. She was in one of the first classes to graduate after I arrived at Tower Hill. She is one of the people I remember well from that era; a terrific person.
My sincere condolences to Dave and the rest of the family. Adele was a fabulous person that I had the chance to meet through tennis. She was always so kind and  friendly when we got together for tennis. Prayers of comfort during this difficult time.
My condolences to Adele's family. I first met Adele on a tennis court. We went on to play on teams together and became good friends off the court. I'll miss her intellect, she knew a lot, her directness and her special chuckle. Gone too soon but she'll not be forgotten. Farewell Adele, special lady.
