Adelard Leo Demers Jr., 62, died peacefully at Davis Place funeral home surrounded by his loving siblings and family. He is free at last of the pain and suffering that cancer brought into his life.

Born Adelard Leo Demers Jr on July 6, 1955 in Norwich, son to Adelard Leo Demers Sr. and Harriet May Demers (Barber). He is survived by two daughters, Crystal Demers and Kindra Robertson , two brothers, George Demers of Danielson, Ct. and John Demers of South Carolina as well as three sisters, Ida Schmidt of Preston, Shirley LeMay of Uncasville and Angel LaPorta of Florida as well as many nieces and nephews.

Leo worked in shipping and receiving at Pm Engineered Solutions in Waterbury where he had many friends.

He was predeceased by his wife Rosemary(Capobianco), his mother Harriet and his father Adelard and his younger brother Russell as well as Russell's twin Henry.

Services will be private and there will be no calling hours.
