Dear Friends and Family,
With heavy hearts, we share the passing of our beloved Adebola Abolanle Abimbola Adeniyi. She was just an amazing woman that left us too soon. She went to the hospital Friday November 29th, 2024 because she wasn't feeling well for over a month. She was told at the hospital that she had a low blood count, so they gave her a blood transfusion. Everything was going great. Each day she was getting better. On Sunday December 1st, 2024 is when she felt her best, but unfortunately everything changed that night. She went to take her shower and after she was done she started to complain about her head hurting. The pain was so excruciating to the point that she was crying. The nurse that was attending to her gave her some Tylenol, but it didn't work, so the nurse gave her morphine over an hour later. The morphine calmed her down and put her to sleep. A few hours later another nurse came to check on her and noticed her blood pressure was high. He tried to wake her up, but she wasn't responding. Another nurse came in to try, but still no response from her. Another one came and then another one, but still no luck getting her to wake up. It turned out that she had a stroke and a brain bleed (spontaneous subdural hematoma). From the beginning they told us that there was nothing that they could do, but we didn't want to believe that as true. Everyone kept on praying for her recovery, but on Friday December 6, 2024 she passed away on her own. She was just a blessing to a lot of us and other people's lives. We miss her very much. As we come to terms with this loss, we aim to support the family during this difficult time by raising funds to assist with funeral expenses and other needs. Contribute
