Adam Matthew Gruber, 25, of Lantana, FL passed away following a long battle with addiction. His family is shocked and deeply saddened by his loss. Adam was born on September 25, 1996 to Eric and Tracy Gruber in Melbourne, FL . Adam attended Indialantic Elementary, Hoover Middle School and Satellite High.
