It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Ada Fernandez, a beloved mother, grandmother, and friend. Ada was born on June 2, 1926, and passed away peacefully on April 30, 2023.

Ada is survived by her loving sons, Jorge and Raul Fernandez, her grandsons, Javier Fernandez and Jorge Fernandez Jr., and a large extended family. She was predeceased by her cherished husband, Jose Fernandez.

A service to celebrate Ada's life will be held on May 9, 2023, at 4:00 PM at Vista Memorial Gardens. Her memory will live on in the hearts of all those who knew and loved her.

Ada was a woman with a contagious laugh and a heart of gold. Her personality was best described as sweet, kind, and funny. She had an unwavering dedication to her family, who brought her immense joy throughout her life. Some of her favorite recreational activities included spending quality time with her loved ones and enjoying the beauty of the beach.

Ada's life was marked by her resilience and strength. Her greatest accomplishments included raising her family and bravely coming to America, where she built a lasting legacy. Ada's love and warmth will be deeply missed by all who were fortunate enough to have known her.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that you cherish the memories you shared with Ada and continue to honor her spirit by being kind, loving, and gentle to one another.
