Aaron Anthony Welker, age 33, of Shepherdsville, Kentucky passed away suddenly from a tragic event on Sunday, June 29, 2025. Aaron was born in Louisville, Kentucky on November 24, 1991, to James A. Welker and Pamela D. Welker. Aaron worked in HVAC for Bryant Heating and Cooling. He was a loving son, a good brother, a great Father and Uncle. He enjoyed spending time with his family; it gave him great joy and comfort. Aaron loved being out on the lake in his boat with his family. He also enjoyed watching his boys play football and loved playing paintball together.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, James and Virginia Welker and Dorsey and Janet Coomer.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his father and mother James and Pamela Welker, his two sons Mason L. Welker, and Bryce Welker, a sister Krista Wood (Gonzo), brother Jamason Welker (Jen), nieces Trinity, Makaela, Kaedence, Paetyn, nephews Mason A. and Brooks. Along with a host of other dear family and friends.

A Funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 10, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at Schoppenhorst Underwood & Brooks Funeral Home (4895 N. Preston Hwy, at John Harper Freeway). With burial to follow in Brookland Cemetery. The visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 9, 2025, from 2:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. and again Thursday morning from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service.
