Like many people, I first got to know Aaron at The Beachcomber on Sundays with the Casuals. We became musician pals, sharing a bill a couple times, and talking about our mutual love of Telecasters & harmony vocals. He sent me demos, which was humbling and inspiring; I admired how incredibly prolific he was as a songwriter. I think my favorite memory of time spent with Aaron was when I saw the Spamp Bros in Somerville during a snow storm. Because of the terrible weather, it was like a private show—and then Johnny & Aaron gave me a lift home. Aaron was a wonderful and talented guy who will be missed by so many. My deepest condolences to his family and close loved ones.

Maggie

Aaron was my friend and part time musical collaborator of thirty plus years and band mate for seven. Funny, talented, and a Great songwriter. We drifted apart these last five years but managed to reconnect for a minute before he punched through into the cosmic realm. I will remember him fondly. My condolences to his family.

aaron was my very close friend and i feel lucky to have been in near-daily correspondence with him the last year, or so. while i could tell his health was failing, over that time period, i could also see that he was looking forward to a lot of cool stuff!! we sent each other moosik (his spelling) and stupid stuff. long ago, we were bandmates in arms, and armed to the teeth!! we also were next-door neighbors for several years, later, and remained close thru later years. there's one way to stay alive forever, and that is thru music. he's done plenty of that! i know there is plenty more on a storage drive, somewhere. anything i can do to help that get out, i will. he was my brother, and i miss him like hell.
