Akari Lynn Pugh passed away on March 15, 2022 at the age of 3, following a collision car accident. Akari was born in Newark, Delaware on December 3rd, 2018 to parents, Tyra Smith and her father, Andre Pugh. She was an energetic child, always finding new ways to show her growing personality. She passed just shy away from starting daycare/preschool. Very knowledgeable for her age, she knew how to count to 30 and knew the whole alphabet. Tyra Smith proudly states that she could have grown up to be some sort of professional athlete for Akari’s athletic abilities. Akari also loved movie dates with her father, Andre Pugh, pizza, and playing at the park feeding the geese.

After this lost of their only child… we ask that friends and fellow family keep Akari’s memory in their hearts! Akari Lynn Pugh will forever be cherished by her parents, Tammy perkins (grandmother), Michelle Mackey (great-grandmother), and all other family members whom had the opportunity to love her. May we meet again in the fathers house, Amen.
