Not being able to say goodbye

I lost my mom on fathers day this year her sister had control on everything she had it to where the doctor's and others weren't to call anyone but her I had been calling my moms phone for a week she didnt answer moms phone and i found out from the apartment manager what happened my mom bled to death her sister wanda has her ashes and won't talk tip anyone she hasn't had anything to do with the family in years and still won't i cant say goodbye to my mother wanda thinks she's going to bury my moms ashes with her. I didnt think she could do that.
