I am so very sorry and saddened by the loss of your son. It is the hardest and most difficult emotion to go thru when you lose a loved one, This is a place where everyone here is dealing with a loss of a loved one and the grief that follows. It's the most difficult thing you'll ever go thru...but when you open your heart and share your grief with others going thru the same loss and grief...it does help. I feel your pain and have experienced your loss only it was my beloved husband of 53 years and the best way to get to the other side of grief is to share with others dealing with their loss, regardless of age, and when time has passed help others to cope.

So incredibly sorry for your loss. When its tragic like that and/or sudden it seems to be so surreal, yet I know its a process even to try to remember to breathe throughout each day or do something as simply as eating or sleeping. My heart goes out to you and I wish I could help take away your pain, I know it's one of the absolute worst pains in the world. Sending you comfort as much as I can through a message.

Thank you so much... I really have no one around that supports me. No one to talk to. I have another son and I'm shutting down. I can't sleep. I can't afford food or anything and his father reminds me everyday we lost our son.. I miss him so muxh

Thanks Dana...sorry to hear about your husband. My Roman was one of the smartest zen kids I knew. He was so wise in times like this he'd ask if I was sad and if I said yes he'd give me a hug.. I haven't slept. Norhing helping anymore... I'm so tired

Don't be afraid to have those feelings of loss. It means you loved him deeply and he'll be missed. It is different for everyone. But don't forget how your other son is feeling. And his sorrow. Maybe he needs a hug too! Hang in there and come back here any time.

So.. so.. sorry for your loss. Years ago I lost a son at the age of 5 months. They called it a crib death. That was my first experience with death in my own little family. A friend who had a friend that was a nurse told me to pick a time and spot and look at his picture, and let all the tears out. she said to do that for 21 days. I did that and on the 21st day there was no more tears. My healing began. I lost my husband a month ago and I started a journal, which seems to help me sort out my feelings and emotion, and it helps me to get things done for each day. Sending my most sincere condolences along with my prayers. Take care and one day at a time.
