Hey my name is Lesa Williams sept 30,2023 I went over to my dad place and found him deceased in his garage he was working on his car. It was so sudden I was no prepared for his death. 3 weeks before his death I had a dream about his being found dead in his garage because he had a heart attack. I’m alone now. My mom passed too. I have no parents. My dad was my best friend. Can you help me and give me any advice. I’m not ok I am not doing good.

Pray. That is what has helped me. My dad passed from a heart attack on Sept 20th. It happened so fast. I feel lost but it is getting better. I am sorry for your loss. I will pray for you.
remember to breathe even when you feel like you can't! know that the Bond you have is still in you and know he loves you and with you ! I lost my baby girl January the 19th and I'm barley holding on .but I take it one minute at times minutes turn into hour's and before we know that the day is gone and we made it through that day ! my heart breaks for you ! prayers going your way!
