Stood in line for 2 hours together to get a front row spot at the JT concert 😊 Whitney with her loving, approachable spirit made friends with those standing next to us as she always did. Words cannot express how deeply I will miss her, she truly was an angel❤
My condolences to Whitney's family whom I never had the pleasure to meet aside from her Husband Dirk. I first met Whitney in New Orleans at a mutual friends bachelorette party!! She was so kind and considerate to all of us who didn’t know her. We bonded so much during that short party weekend!! When we parted I knew we’d stay friends!! I again spent time with her in Costa Rica at the same friends destination wedding. Almost a week of fun in the sun and family dinners!! Whitney was someone who you looked forward to seeing because she made you feel special and loved. Her smile and presence was just magnetic and I feel so very lucky to call her my friend! I cherish our memories and conversations and Smile knowing she is somewhere sharing her kindness and love with others. She will forever be a shining light.
I remember making butter from cream using an old fashion butter churn with Whitney when we were in 6th grade and chose to be partners for a presentation on life in early America.
Whitney and I worked on the same team and sat next to each other at Citi for a few years. We shared so many highs and lows, and she was always so positive about everything. She was such a beautiful, energetic and hard worker. We kept in touch even after she left the company, and was saddened when I found out she was sick. My deepest condolences to Dirk and the Neal/Jonske family. May her beautiful soul Rest In Peace ❤️
Just after learning of Whitney's passing, i was sorting through a box of keepsakes from our move. I came across this "deer" picture of Lauren and Whit from a Christmas card. A treasured keepsake.
