We hope you are all doing as well as possible during our individual and collective grief for Vanessa DeGuzman's passing. Thank you for expressing interest in attending Vanessa's Celebration of Life.

This is the official RSVP form (https://forms.gle/eW8FSZnjvme…) stating that you will attend Vanessa's Celebration of Life and Memorial. Please fill out this Google form, as we are collecting all RSVPs and additional information there. It will be held on Saturday, January 20, 2024, from 1 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. at The Palm in Livermore.

Please respond by Monday, December 18, 2023. Due to planning purposes and event guidelines, we need to give an accurate headcount and attendees list to the venue by this date.

Here is a high-level flow for the memorial (exact times may be subject to change):
1:00 - 2:15 p.m. - Community gathering/meet & greet, light music, and Hors D'Oeuvres will be served during this time.

2:30 - 4:00 p.m. - Official program of remembrance and celebrating Vanessa's life and legacy

4:00 - 5:30 p.m. - Community gathering and remembrance; dessert and drinks will be served during this time.
