Mr Val Henry was a classic father, teacher and leader. During my time at Ifetayo we had opportunities to sit and talk, to work together as a board member and as an involved father and community leader. I am grateful to have gotten to meet him in this lifetime. May his legacy live on… Sincere condolences to his family. Thank you for sharing him with the world.Â

This was hard to hear about a very distinguished gentleman, our brother and friend Val Henry. What I appreciated most about Val is he always looked for the best outcome for a situation. I never heard him speak negatively he always accentuated the positive. He was charismatic and quick witted, highly intelligent and could wear a suit and a hat! Val was sharp and gave so much to help in the community. He has been knowing me since I was a little girl, working with my dad for many years . Val was loyal and a great leader in his own right. He loved his family and this is what I respected about him. He will be missed. My prayers are with you Deborah, Nia, and Kai and his entire village. Rest in Peace and in the Presence of the Lord. “And I saw a new heaven and a new earth”….no more sorrow there, no more sadness there, no more death there…” Our brother and friend will meet us all again one day.  Love and blessings, Pastor Kimberly Headley; DeCosta & Gerri Headley & Natasha ColesÂ
We love you all and we are here for you!Â
