Todd Lee Jeffries was called early to return to his heavenly home.

Always ready for an adventure, baby Todd decided he had had enough and arrived a month early during the winter of ’78 when the Ohio River froze and 28 inches of snow buried the city. Although our hearts are broken with the passing of our brother, Todd, we take some measure of comfort in knowing that you have made it here to remember Todd. We grieve with you. We are certain that Todd is now at peace and with our beloved father and grandmothers.
