It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Stefani
Michelle Pitzer, who left us on August 6, 2024, at her home in
Lake Stevens, Washington. Born on October 20, 1983, in Dallas,
Texas, Stefani was the beloved daughter of Bryn and Kevin
VanWay. She is survived by her devoted husband, Jason Pitzer;
her mother, Bryn VanWay; her father, John Kevin VanWay; and
her stepmother, Suanne VanWay.
Stefani is also survived by her cherished siblings: Kristina
Ganaway (Jennifer), Nicholas VanWay-Daquila (Jen), Casey
Daquila, Joshua Daquila (Tarissa), Holly Daquila (Mike), and
Matthew Daquila (Patrice). Her love extended to her nieces and
nephews—Hailey, Landon, Lily, Hayden, Ryder, Tuesday, Harlie,
Bella, and Ashton—who will forever remember her warmth and
joy.
She shared a close bond with her dear friends Melissa Alton,
Michael Alton, and their son Max, along with countless others
who were touched by her radiant spirit.
Stefani was a proud graduate of Mountlake Terrace High School
and furthered her education at the University of Washington.
She dedicated her career to the mortgage and home loan
industry, making a lasting impact on her clients and colleagues.
Though she lived in many states throughout her life, Western
Washington was where she truly felt at home, surrounded by the
people she loved.
On April 2, 2017, Stefani married the love of her life, Jason. A
year later, they celebrated with a beautiful ceremony surrounded
by friends and family in Puerto Aventuras, Mexico. Together,
they embarked on countless adventures, creating memories that
will be cherished by all who knew them.
Stefani's vibrant personality and zest for life were unmatched.
She was the light in every room, with a loving heart and a smile
that could brighten anyone's day. A loving wife, daughter, sister,
aunt, and friend, Stefani's presence will be profoundly missed,
but her spirit will live on in our hearts forever.
We love you, Stefani. Rest in peace.
A celebration of life will be held in Washington State on
September 14th, 2024. Further details will be provided soon.
